“I was truly impressed by the dining options at Blue Diamond. The food at the Ambar and Aquamarine restaurants was out of this world. We were particularly blown away by the risotto with shrimp and the beef tenderloin at Ambar. The sit-down service was fast and the ambiance overlooking the ocean made every meal nice.
